A number of our activities can be tailored into a Team Challenges Event. (Picture Gallery). We just need to understand your requirements. Some suggestions are:
‘Superstars’ Events are loosely based on the
TV programme made famous by sports stars of the 1970’s, ‘Superstars’
is a series of skill and sporty activities in rotation, requiring teams to
compete against each other to establish the ‘Superstars’. A real
mixture of skill and fun which can be based on:
• Archery
• Basket ball
• Cycle circuits (obstacle course using bikes or tandems)
• Hockey dribble & shoot
• Football penalty shoot-out
• Target shooting with crossbows or rifles
• Target Golf
• Rugby (kick & catch component)
Treasure Hunts (land and/ or Sea) are a great way to interact and work as a team. There are several team roles - Q&A Master, Navigator, Photographer, Time Keeper and Runners. Dividing the roles to best suit team skills is part of the challenge. TAGF treasure hunts are all set in great coastal locations and are either on foot, on mountain bikes, or in powerboats on the Solent and tailored to a pace to suit your requirements. Treasure Hunt activities can include:
Team Building Games require a group of people to pull together their resources, strengths, and abilities in order to successfully meet the challenge presented. Communication is key and, for some of the more difficult activities, group trust is essential. Blind Square/ Flip/ Water Carry/ Group Skiing/ Swamp Crossing/ Footbridge/ Blind Tent- to name a few of our favourites.
Ideal activities for both small and large groups as part of a workshop or
conference and can be incorporated in numerous ways depending on your requirements.
